You may order 24/7 on line, or call Mon-Fri. 9 a.m.- 4 p.m. CST (1-225-261-1797)

Payment is due upon placement of your order; products will not be shipped until payment is received. e-Central makes every effort to complete and ship all monogrammed orders within 7-14 business days of the receipt of your order. Please note that most items are custom and require time to be processed. All of our items are embroidered in house here at e-Central.

Sales Tax:
As a business based in Louisiana, we are required to collect sales tax at the rate of 9% on all orders shipped within the state of Louisiana. Sales tax is collected on the total amount of your purchase, including service charges such as monogramming and gift wrapping. We do not charge sales tax on in state shipping and handling. Out of state orders are, of course, exempt from sales tax charges.

 

e-Central only collects identifying information upon your request for use in our updates, specials, mailing lists, etc. This information is considered strictly confidential and WILL NEVER BE SOLD to third parties. Any information you submit to e-Central is held within the highest degree of care and security. We are committed to security and protecting your privacy.

You can shop online at e-Central with confidence. Our site uses a Secure Shopping Cart System that employs Secure Public/Private Key Encryption provided by Mals E-cart. We have also partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to offer safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our customers.

Besides Authorize.Net, another online payment service e-Central accepts is PayPal and we are a verified PayPal vendor. Paypal is guaranteed to be safe and secure with the industry's most-advanced encryption, fraud prevention, and buyer and seller protection policies. Please check out their website at  www.PayPal.com for more detailed information. Paypal is also free for you to use and works seamlessly with your existing checking and credit card accounts.

Stock Policy:
Every effort is made to ensure that our web site accurately reflects what is available for shipment. While we update our inventory listings virtually every day, a small percentage of the products listed at any given time may be out of stock. You will be emailed in the event that a product is out of stock. For orders consisting of multiple products, we will ship the products that are in stock and completed, and the backordered items will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock and customized. Shipping will only be charged once, on your initial order, based on your initial order amount.

Color Disclaimer Policy:
Color of embroidery threads vary. Examples like pink, medium pink, hot pink mean different things to different people (be sure to view our Thread Color Chart); also please be aware that the sizes of the monograms vary according to the item being monogrammed.

Return Policy:
E-Central Monograms guarantees our product quality by carefully checking each item for manufacturer defects. Some items may have small imperfections that are not considered a defect by the manufacturer; therefore they are not considered defects by e-Central. These can be limited to color, size, etc.

Monogrammed and Personalized items are NOT RETURNABLE as they are custom made especially for you. Prior to submitting your order, please double check ALL spellings and dates, as well as your ribbon and fabric choices!  If you have a question regarding an order, please don't hesitate to contact e-Central (1-225-261-1797) prior to placing your order. However, if e-Central has made an error in the monogramming of your item, please contact us immediately (within 5 business days of receiving shipment) and we will make every effort to replace/repair the incorrect items.

No returns of special order items (i.e. items that are not our in-stock items, items that were dropshipped, etc.) will be accepted.  Stock items that are not monogrammed may be exchanged for a store credit only. These items must be in new and undamaged condition. These exchanges must be made within 5 business days of the date of delivery. Shipping costs are not refundable. Prior to returning any item, you must send a notifying email to e-Central (Returns@e-Centralmonograms.com) in order to receive your RA# (Return Authorization #). On your invoice (enclosed with purchase), please circle the item to be returned and state the reason(s) for return. Be sure to include your RA# on your invoice, as well as on the outside of the shipping box, as no returns will be accepted without an RA#. Returns are also subject to a 15% restocking fee. You MUST HAVE your return package back at e-Central within 10 business days or your package will be refused!!

E-Central Embroidery, Gifts and More has no control, nor is aware of how our items are used after they are shipped from our shop, therefore we do not warranty any products against tears, holes, zippers, buttons, strings, fabrics, etc.


Cancellations:
